Hi all…….sorry to be absent for a while, but I’ve gotten real life things straightened out and am back in full SPN mode.  It was great to come back to the awesome TW Newsletter—a fantastic job was done by everyone involved!!  I loved reading the Eyecon reports—congrats to Laura for being the lucky raffle winner.  Chosen by Chad, no less!!  And, Ivy……I want a ride in that car!!!   Lucky you!!

Season Four has started out with a huge bang and, without spoiling anyone, I’ll just say that SPN is getting more rave reviews and more media attention than ever before!  Finally, our show is getting the kudos we’ve always said it deserved, and that has just raised the stakes and made the work of Team Winchester that much more important.  We need to take advantage of this momentum and keep it going!

In other news, Jared has been added to the line-up for Scream 2008, which will be taped on October 18 at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles and shown on Spike TV on October 21.  Tim Burton and Wes Craven will be presented discretionary awards for their groundbreaking achievements in the horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and comic book genres. http://www.thefutoncritic.com/news.aspx?id=20081002spiketv01

Every episode of Season Four so far has been loaded with so much action, emotion, and incredible talent and there’s never been a better time to clue your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, mailmen, Avon ladies, and total strangers in to the best hour on weekly television.  You’ll be doing them a huge favor and helping our ratings go through the roof!

Well, I’m back from EyeCon and I have to say that it was a lot of fun. We met a lot of people, we got no sleep, and we got to see Chad Lindberg sing “Eye of the Tiger.” What more could a SPN fan ask for? It was great to meet you all, but we especially want to recognize Laura, the Team Winchester Raffle Winner. Laura chose to support Team Winchester by buying raffle tickets from us and was rewarded when Chad pulled her winning number. Laura received a bunch of Team Winchester gear, a copy of the 1st season of Supernatural, Devour on DVD, the Supernatural novels Nevermore and Witch’s Canyon, the Supernatural Book of Monsters, and a Terrifyin’ Space Monkey provided by our favorite charity, Kids Need To Read. Thanks again, Laura!

Gold weekend passes for the Los Angeles Salute to Supernatural are sold out and photo ops with Jensen, Jared or both are close to gone, so get your tickets soon. The Chicago Salute is pretty much sold out for Sunday except for some general passes. It’s tough to get both boys at one convention, so don’t wait on these.
